Every lot is different, so we price after seeing the material — in person or from clear photos. The main things that decide the offer are:
- Number of seats — 50+ seat lots get our best rates
- Depth and width of desking (1200 mm and up is popular)
- Steel frames versus wooden frames
- Whether the electrical raceway and boxes are intact
Dismantling, labour and transport are on us. The amount we agree is the amount you receive.

Older commercial buildings in central and south Delhi often allow goods movement only after office hours and through a single service lift. We plan the job around that: dismantling by day where permitted, loading at night, and leaving the floor broom-clean for handover. Shahdara to central Delhi is under an hour, so most Delhi pickups happen within 48 hours of approval.
