Frequently asked questions
Do you remove gypsum partitions as well?
Yes. Gypsum board has little resale value but the metal studs do; we remove the whole wall and clear the debris.
Will the floor and ceiling be damaged?
We unscrew the tracks rather than break them, so only screw holes remain.
