Office dismantling looks chaotic from outside, but a good job follows a set sequence. Here is how we approach it.
1. Survey
We walk the floor with you, note what is being sold, what stays, and what the landlord expects at handover. We also check the lift, loading area, staircase and building timings.
2. Price and plan
You get one price for the whole job. We plan labour, vehicles and any lifting equipment, and agree the days and timings with you and the building.
3. Loose items first
Chairs, loose storage and small furniture go first. This clears working space and makes the floor safer.
4. Equipment
ACs are pumped down and disconnected, UPS systems isolated and electrical panels disconnected by our electricians.
5. Modular furniture
Workstations and cubicles are dismantled cluster by cluster. Hardware is bagged and parts stacked for loading.
6. Fixed fit-out
If the handover is bare-shell: cabins and partitions, then false ceiling, then flooring and raceways. Working top-down keeps debris from falling on finished areas.
7. Loading and payment
Material is loaded with the building's gate-pass process. Payment is made before the vehicles leave.
8. Clean-up and handover
Debris is bagged and removed and the floor swept. We walk the floor with you to confirm.
